From Boyer Ranch
Every bottle starts with hand-harvested grapes from our 2 acres of estate vines in the Temecula foothills — and three years of patient aging before release.
We planted our Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel vines in 2015 and made our first commercial wine in 2020. Our rocky loam soils, west-side elevation, and afternoon coastal breezes produce reds that are full-bodied and expressive — wines that taste like this specific place.

Tasting notes
Big and bold with dark fruit, structured tannins, and a long finish. Grown on our rocky loam foothills soils and shaped by the afternoon coastal breezes that cool the vines every summer. Hand harvested, a year in stainless, a year-plus in 30-gallon oak, and a year in bottle.

Rich and full-bodied with ripe berry fruit, warm spice, and the depth that comes from our west-side elevation and rocky soils. Made the same way as our Cab — hand harvested, slow aged, and bottled only when it's ready.

A special blend of our 2021 Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The Cab brings structure and dark fruit; the Zin brings warmth and spice. Together they make something neither could be alone — bold, layered, and unmistakably Boyer Ranch.

Tasting notes
We took our bold Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and let them ferment off the skins to produce a very crisp and dry Rosé with little tannins. The result is a beautiful blush that tastes as good as it looks — elegant, refreshing, and unmistakably Boyer Ranch.
